4th of July inspired healthy recipes, cookies, cake and juice!

Eating junk food during a holiday weekend its easy! But don’t worry, we got ya! Here you can find healthy recipes of the most delicious 4th of July treats!

Almond flour 4th of July Cookies


1 cup almond flour

2 eggs

2 tbsp Honey

1tbsp baking powder

Organic sprinkles in red, white and blue

Mix and cook in the oven for 30 minutes! 

Watermelon and blueberry! Easy and healthy  

Fruit water with blueberries, strawberries and melon!

4th of July Cake


4 cups almond flour 

6 eggs 

maple syrup

6 bananas

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp baking powder

mix all ingredients and cook for 40/50 minutes and then feel free to decorate with strawberry’s, blueberrys and vegan cream cheese (add some vanilla extract and maple syrup for a sweeter taste)
